BTG Trust extended support to Mrs. Jasmine, a physically challenged woman from Coimbatore, by providing her with a walking stick to improve her mobility and independence in daily life. Mrs. Jasmine is a single mother caring for her 12-year-old child. Despite facing physical challenges and financial hardships, she works diligently by selling fancy items on the roadside to support her family and meet their daily needs. Recognizing her determination and the difficulties she encounters in carrying out her livelihood activities, BTG Trust stepped forward to provide a walking stick that will assist her in moving safely and comfortably while continuing her work. This small yet meaningful intervention aims to enhance her mobility, reduce physical strain, and empower her to continue supporting her family with dignity and confidence. BTG Trust, with the generous support of Exterro Pvt. Ltd., has extended educational assistance to Jeba Mirachlin, a 12-year-old student studying in the 6th Standard from Pollachi. Jeba comes from an economically challenged family where both her parents, Mr. Muthukumar and Mrs. Kirubha, are persons with hearing and speech impairment disabilities. Despite facing financial hardships, the family remains committed to providing quality education for their children. Recognizing the family’s need, BTG Trust and Exterro Pvt. Ltd. jointly provided School Fees Support and Hostel Fees Support to ensure that Jeba can continue her education without interruption and pursue her dreams with confidence. CARE FOR ALL – FREE EYE SCREENING CAMP
BTG Trust successfully organized a Free Eye Screening Camp at Irugur, Coimbatore, in collaboration with Trinity Eye Hospital. The initiative was conducted with the objective of promoting eye health awareness and providing accessible vision care services to the community. The camp witnessed active participation from people of all age groups, including senior citizens, adults, and children. Experienced eye care professionals conducted comprehensive eye examinations and provided guidance on maintaining good eye health. Participants were also screened for common vision-related issues and advised on further treatment wherever necessary. The camp proved to be highly beneficial, enabling many individuals to identify eye-related concerns at an early stage and seek timely medical attention. HOPE IN ACTION – SAFE DAYS
As part of its ongoing commitment towards women’s health, dignity, and menstrual hygiene awareness, BTG Trust successfully distributed one-year sanitary napkin support kits to women and girl children residing in the Ayyampathy Tribal Settlement. The initiative was organized with the objective of ensuring access to safe and hygienic menstrual care products for tribal women and adolescent girls who often face challenges in accessing basic healthcare and hygiene essentials. Through this support, the Trust aims to promote menstrual health awareness, improve personal hygiene practices, and encourage confidence and well-being among the beneficiaries.

On the occassion of World Social Work Day 2026, BTG Trust organized a meaningful outreach initiative aimed at supporting underprivileaged communities.
