LITERACY DAY 2025
The BTG Trust to commemorate Literacy Day 2025 through a specialized “Signature Campaign” conducted at the Marudhangarai Melur Tribal Village. Recognizing that basic literacy is the bedrock of personal empowerment and socio-economic progress, this campaign was strategically designed to impart a fundamental and practical literacy skill: the ability to confidently write one’s own signature. The effort focused on a crucial demographic—both school-going children and the community’s elders—ensuring that the benefits of literacy were promoted across all generations within the tribal settlement. The campaign aimed not only to educate but to instil a sense of individual identity and self-reliance, directly linking literacy to official recognition and civic participation.
NATIONAL NUTRITION WEEK 2025
As part of the National Nutrition Week 2025 celebrations, BTG Trust extended its support to the Atchayam Trust Home for the Homeless in Erode. With a commitment to promoting nutritional well-being among vulnerable communities, BTG Trust sponsored 18 kg of raw nutritious supplements and conducted an observation visit to understand the needs and services of the Atchayam Trust. HOPE IN ACTION – THE ROYAL FEAST
BTG Trust, a socially driven organization dedicated to uplifting underprivileged communities, recently hosted a heartfelt initiative titled the Royal Feast Event in the tribal village of Seenguli, nestled in the scenic forest zone of Anaikatti. This event was a culmination of weeks of planning, coordination, and a passionate vision to bring joy and sustenance to a marginalized section of society. With over 350 tribal individuals participating, the event proved to be a memorable occasion of cultural celebration and community bonding.
