BTG Trust extended support to Mrs. Jasmine, a physically challenged woman from Coimbatore, by providing her with a walking stick to improve her mobility and independence in daily life. Mrs. Jasmine is a single mother caring for her 12-year-old child. Despite facing physical challenges and financial hardships, she works diligently by selling fancy items on the roadside to support her family and meet their daily needs. Recognizing her determination and the difficulties she encounters in carrying out her livelihood activities, BTG Trust stepped forward to provide a walking stick that will assist her in moving safely and comfortably while continuing her work. This small yet meaningful intervention aims to enhance her mobility, reduce physical strain, and empower her to continue supporting her family with dignity and confidence. BTG Trust remains committed to supporting vulnerable individuals and families by addressing their immediate needs and enabling them to lead more independent and fulfilling lives. Together, we can create opportunities, restore dignity, and build a more inclusive society.
HOPE IN ACTION – SAFE DAYS
As part of its ongoing commitment towards women’s health, dignity, and menstrual hygiene awareness, BTG Trust successfully distributed one-year sanitary napkin support kits to women and girl children residing in the Ayyampathy Tribal Settlement. The initiative was organized with the objective of ensuring access to safe and hygienic menstrual care products for tribal women and adolescent girls who often face challenges in accessing basic healthcare and hygiene essentials. Through this support, the Trust aims to promote menstrual health awareness, improve personal hygiene practices, and encourage confidence and well-being among the beneficiaries.

PLANT-IV The Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) Act is a crucial legal framework that ensures a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment for all employees.
