Jeba comes from an economically challenged family where both her parents, Mr. Muthukumar and Mrs. Kirubha, are persons with hearing and speech impairment disabilities. Despite facing financial hardships, the family remains committed to providing quality education for their children. Recognizing the family’s need, BTG Trust and Exterro Pvt. Ltd. jointly provided School Fees Support and Hostel Fees Support to ensure that Jeba can continue her education without interruption and pursue her dreams with confidence. This initiative reflects our shared commitment to creating equal educational opportunities for children from vulnerable backgrounds and empowering them to build a brighter future through education. CARE FOR ALL – FREE EYE SCREENING CAMP
BTG Trust successfully organized a Free Eye Screening Camp at Irugur, Coimbatore, in collaboration with Trinity Eye Hospital. The initiative was conducted with the objective of promoting eye health awareness and providing accessible vision care services to the community. The camp witnessed active participation from people of all age groups, including senior citizens, adults, and children. Experienced eye care professionals conducted comprehensive eye examinations and provided guidance on maintaining good eye health. Participants were also screened for common vision-related issues and advised on further treatment wherever necessary. The camp proved to be highly beneficial, enabling many individuals to identify eye-related concerns at an early stage and seek timely medical attention. SEED BALL MAKING EVENT World Earth Day is celebrated to create awareness about protecting the environment and encouraging sustainable practices. A clean, colorful, and inspiring school environment plays an important role in shaping children’s learning experiences. Many rural schools need maintenance and creative spaces that encourage students to attend school regularly and learn with enthusiasm. Recognizing this need, BTG Trust organized a Wall Painting Drive at Murugan pathi Village School in Boluvampatti to transform the school surroundings into a vibrant and motivating learning space.
POCSO AWARENESS PANCHAYAT UNION PRIMARY SCHOOL
THOTTIPALAYAM The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act is a vital legislation aimed at safeguarding children from sexual abuse and exploitation. Understanding the importance of early awareness, BTG Trust organized a POCSO Awareness Program at the Panchayat Union Primary School, Thottipalayam. The program was conducted to educate children in an age-appropriate and sensitive manner about personal safety, good touch and bad touch, and the importance of reporting unsafe situations.

National Children’s Day is celebrated every year on 14th November to honor the importance of children and to promote their rights, well-being, and holistic development. On this occasion, BTG Trust organized a joyful and meaningful cultural program for children residing in the Seenguzhi tribal area of the Anaikatti block. The initiative aimed to provide a platform for children to express their talents, build confidence, and experience happiness through creative activities.
CHILD ; NOT BRIDE – WALL PAINTING
BTG Trust organized a two-day wall painting program at Dhaliyur Panchayat Union Primary School to raise awareness about the critical social issue of child marriage. This initiative was conducted in collaboration with the Coimbatore Social Welfare Department and received enthusiastic volunteering support from several Rotaract Clubs of Coimbatore. Occasion and Objective The program aimed to use art as a powerful medium to educate children, school staff, and the local community about the dangers and consequences of child marriage. Through vibrant wall paintings, the project sought to foster awareness and promote social change in the community.
WORLD FIRST AID DAY 2025
In commemoration of World First Aid Day 2025, BTG Trust organized a meaningful initiative to promote health and safety awareness among school children. As part of this effort, a large-size First Aid Kit was donated to Kalapatti Government Higher Secondary School, Coimbatore, where around 900 students are enrolled. Additionally, an awareness session on basic first aid practices was conducted to educate students and staff on emergency response and safety.

HENNA AWARENESS ACTIVITY ON CHILD MARRIAGE PREVENTION Child marriage remains a serious barrier to education, health, and development for girls in India. To raise awareness about the importance of preventing early marriage and ensuring a safe, educated future for girls, BTG Trust conducted a unique and culturally engaging event titled “Child Not Bride – Henna Awareness Activity”. The event used mehendi (henna art) as a powerful medium to spark conversations about child marriage and girls’ rights. A special highlight of the event was the creative use of the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (BBBP) Scheme logo, which was beautifully drawn in henna on the hands of children, symbolizing empowerment, protection, and hope for the girl child.
