PLANT-IV The Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) Act is a crucial legal framework that ensures a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment for all employees. THOTTIPALAYAM The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act is a vital legislation aimed at safeguarding children from sexual abuse and exploitation. Understanding the importance of early awareness, BTG Trust organized a POCSO Awareness Program at the Panchayat Union Primary School, Thottipalayam. The program was conducted to educate children in an age-appropriate and sensitive manner about personal safety, good touch and bad touch, and the importance of reporting unsafe situations.
