As part of its ongoing commitment towards women’s health, dignity, and menstrual hygiene awareness, BTG Trust successfully distributed one-year sanitary napkin support kits to women and girl children residing in the Ayyampathy Tribal Settlement. The initiative was organized with the objective of ensuring access to safe and hygienic menstrual care products for tribal women and adolescent girls who often face challenges in accessing basic healthcare and hygiene essentials. Through this support, the Trust aims to promote menstrual health awareness, improve personal hygiene practices, and encourage confidence and well-being among the beneficiaries.

SEED BALL MAKING EVENT World Earth Day is celebrated to create awareness about protecting the environment and encouraging sustainable practices. A clean, colorful, and inspiring school environment plays an important role in shaping children’s learning experiences. Many rural schools need maintenance and creative spaces that encourage students to attend school regularly and learn with enthusiasm. PLANT-IV The Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) Act is a crucial legal framework that ensures a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment for all employees. Understanding the importance of workplace safety and gender equality, BTG Trust conducted a PoSH Awareness Program at Madras Radiators and Pressings Limited – Plant IV.
