Held in honor of International Women’s Day, the initiative began with a motivational session emphasizing the power of digital literacy in transforming lives. Participants received hands-on training in basic computer operations, MS Word, internet browsing, and file management. Sessions on digital banking and financial literacy taught women to use mobile wallets, UPI apps, and safe online payment methods. Women also learned to explore online resources like YouTube for vocational skills and job portals for work-from-home opportunities. Peer networking workshops fostered mutual support and post-training collaboration. Individual goal-setting sessions helped participants plan their digital journey forward. The program led to a boost in confidence and employability, with many expressing readiness to pursue remote jobs. This initiative marks a significant step toward building a digitally inclusive and empowered community.
