SAFE DAYS –NAPKIN DISTRIBUTION

BTG Trust, through its Safe Days Project, continues its commitment to improving the health, dignity, and well-being of tribal and rural women. As part of this initiative, a sanitary napkin distribution and menstrual hygiene awareness program was conducted at Alangandipudhur Tribal Village. The program aimed to ensure access to essential menstrual hygiene products while creating awareness about safe and healthy menstrual practices.

Objectives of the Program

To provide one-year essential sanitary napkin support to tribal women
To promote awareness on menstrual hygiene and health
To reduce health risks caused by poor menstrual practices
To break myths and stigma associated with menstruation
To empower women with knowledge and confidence regarding menstrual health
