AWARENESS GENERATION – POSH AWARENESS

In line with the guidelines of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, a comprehensive awareness generation session was conducted at Universal Heat Exchangers Company. The session aimed to sensitize employees on the legal, ethical, and professional implications of workplace sexual harassment and to promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment.

The initiative reflects the company’s proactive commitment to ensuring workplace dignity and equality for all employees, particularly women, by preventing harassment and addressing grievances through proper channels.
