About Our Founder
Mr. Bobby Balachandran is a visionary entrepreneur, philanthropist, and film producer who seamlessly blends business success with social purpose. As the Founder and CEO of Exterro Inc., he has led the company to global prominence in legal technology, earning accolades like LegalTech CEO of the Year. Driven by a deep commitment to social impact, he founded BTG Trust in 2017 to empower underserved communities—especially women, children, and tribal populations—through education, healthcare, skill development, and rural livelihoods. His philanthropic approach focuses on sustainable, systemic change rather than mere charity. Extending his mission further, he entered film production through BTG Universal, supporting meaningful storytelling and nurturing talent in Indian and global cinema. Guided by empathy and strategic vision, Mr. Balachandran continues to inspire positive transformation and a strong culture of giving back to society.
